Delivery and Returns
Your Maviada jewellery will be delivered by our trusted trackable couriers and arrive beautifully wrapped, packaged in our exclusive branded Maviada jewellery box.
Shipping
Maviada currently ships to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, UK, and USA.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the country to which the items are being shipped. Custom/Duty Import taxes are the sole responsibility of the client and need to be additionally paid where applicable.
Delivery times vary however, we endeavour to send out your delivery, insured and trackable, via Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL or FedEx, within one working day.

INTERNATIONAL (including USA)
All International Deliveries are fully insured and are sent via a secure tracked service, Royal Mail International, Fed Ex or DHL. A shipping charge of £175 for all US shipments (approximately $235)will be applied. All other countries will be charged £150 accordingly as well. Minimum7-10 days as it needs to clear customs.
Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Shipping to France, Portugal, or Spain Please note that fine jewellery is a restricted commodity when importing to France, Portugal, and Spain from the UK. A third-party broker will be required to clear your parcel. Maviada cannot facilitate customs clearance on your behalf. We recommend contacting local customs import teams for assistance with approved broker services. need.
**Please note that all of our delivery dates are estimated and subject to change based on any unforeseen circumstances.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.

RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, from Maviada, we would like to offer you an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Pieces must be unworn and in the original packaging. Please include your Order number with your return. All returns will undergo a quality check to insure the jewellery has not been damaged or worn.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of the returns. We recommend you use a trackable service and provide Client Services with your return and tracking details. We highly recommend the following trackable services such as DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail (Track & Sign).
Tracking Your Order
With the exception of UK Free Delivery, you can track your order using the Royal Mail, DHL, or Fed Ex tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. If you experience any problems with your order, please contact our customer care at info@maviada.

Orders much be placed by 3pm for Special Delivery Guaranteed Services, Monday–Friday.
Orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday for Special Delivery Guaranteed Services Saturday. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays.
Delivery times are for in stock merchandise only.
Free UK Delivery is a Signed For only service and is only available for UK Mainland deliveries. All other deliveries are Track and Sign services. All deliveries, regardless of type, require someone over the age of 18 to sign for the package at the time of delivery.
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
Please note we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
All orders will be processed and sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.30pm (BST). If an order is placed outside these times, the new orders shall be placed and processed, the following business day.
Packaging
All orders come carefully stored in either our branded suede travel pouches for bracelets and small necklaces or, for larger orders, in our handcrafted branded beige linen or white travel pouches with our exclusive white interior trays and individual Maviada blue signature boxes, all complimentary.
Returns
You can return your order with us within 14 days of receipt where we will be happy to provide a full refund. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are not returnable. You must contact Maviada before returning your purchase at info@maviada.co.uk. All returned goods undergo a quality inspection and must be returned in the same condition, in their original, undamaged packaging.
